Listen to Elisha. Naaman apparently expected something grandiose and fitting a man of his standing when he went to be healed. Elisha knew that all that was needed was faith. I like the fact that he would not accept gifts/payment; all was for God's glory.
Elisha was one of my favorite prophets. He was pretty no-nonsense. Yes, I love Moses and Elijah, two of the greatest prophets in the Bible. But something about Elisha: he did not take a liking to disrespect from anyone (he was a man of God and an object of ridicule - the Lord takes care of these men of God), including young children, who should respect their elders. I had fun going through both Elijah's story last week and Elisha's as well. Lots of evil kings through the course of Israeli history. And then comes Jonah. A prophet who is just a few tweaks away from a healthy relationship with God! LOL
